First you must decide which product is for you. If you are about to travel then choose HotSpotVPN2. There is nothing worse than getting caught in a place where your vpn will not work.

Many networks out in the wild are not configured to support IPSEC, L2TP or PPTP VPNs. M any corporate networks (and entire countries) block these VPNs by policy. HotSpotVPN2 will work on these networks. HotSpotVPN2 subscriptions also include a free HotSpotVPN1 pptp subscription so you can keep your second computer or PDA protected at no additional cost.

HotSpotVPN1 is a PPTP VPN and does not require a software download if you are running Windows, Mac, Palm or Pocket PC. If you are using an iPhone then you must use hotspotvpn-1 and do NOT choose to enter your password everytime.

HotSpotVPN2 is a SSL based VPN and requires a software client. We provide a full installer for Windows (2000/xp/2003). Our Mac Installer does most of the work, but there is still some assembly required. (You have to copy some files out of a compressed zip file into a directory created by the install program.) We can provide all the support you need to get up and running. We will provide detailed support for Linux and *BSD via the help desk.

Monthly subscriptions start at only $8.88 per month. You can get 12 months for the price of 10 if you purchase any annual subscriptions. Remember, every purchase of a HotSpotVPN2 account includes a HotSPotVPN1 subscription. This allows you to keep your Palm or PocketPC protected too.

You can also purchase HotSpotVPN1 for a day, three days, or a week. Perfect for travel. HotSpotVPN1 works with IPAQ and Palm devices. HotSpotVN2 does not, unless your IPAQ is running Linux.
