If you used PayPal you cancel your subscription by going to PayPal and cancelling your subscription there. This will cancel all future payments to HotSpotVPN.
If you payed via 2Checkout please email sales@2checkout.com with your purchase transaction number from the email address you used to sign up.
Your account will stay active for the duration provided by the final payment.
